Your card may be locked for several reasons. Some of the most common ones include:
- Entering your PIN incorrectly three times.
- Too many consecutive failed transactions, for example, due to the insufficient balance.
If your card is locked because you entered incorrect PIN too many times, the card will be unlocked automatically at midnight Hong Kong time.
If you changed your contact number through the app, your account will be unlocked automatically after 24 hours.
